Any way to make Hdfc Regalia Gold Ltf

I have upgraded my LTF regalia to FYF Regalia Gold, is there any way to make it LTF? I am also a saving account holder, i reached out to cc they just said no to make it Ltf

Try mailing them. RM won't be helpful as spoke to few and the option of LTF concept is removed in HDFC it seems. So, it should be via direct offer through HDFC or CC team only.
