Zounge is a Credofly product.

Zounge uses Credofly’s shared account system, user base and supporting infrastructure. This notice applies to Zounge pages, lounge and airport directories, reviews, photos, corrections, lounge suggestions and access reports. Credofly’s wider services may also be governed by Credofly’s general privacy notice.

2. DATA WE MAY HANDLE

Information you provide and information generated by use.

Please do not upload full payment-card numbers, CVV, passwords, identity documents or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your submission.

3. PURPOSES

Why we use this information.

• Provide and secure shared Credofly and Zounge accounts.
• Publish, moderate and attribute reviews, photos and traveller reports.
• Investigate corrections and improve lounge, airport and access data.
• Respond to enquiries, enforce platform rules and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Measure performance and improve navigation, search and content relevance.
• Meet legal obligations and protect users, Credofly and third parties.

4. PUBLIC SUBMISSIONS

Understand what may be visible.

Content submitted for publication—such as a review, rating, photo or access report—may appear publicly with the display name or attribution selected for your account or submission. We may edit formatting, remove personal or sensitive information, moderate content, or decline publication. Do not include another person’s personal data unless you have a lawful reason and permission to do so.

5. SHARING & RETENTION

Limited to operating and protecting the service.

Information may be processed by Credofly, Zounge administrators and service providers that support hosting, security, communications, analytics, moderation or other platform operations. It may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a legitimate business reorganisation. We do not treat traveller submissions as a source of payment-card credentials.

Data is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including maintaining the integrity of published records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type.

6. SECURITY & CHILDREN

Reasonable safeguards, shared responsibility.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No online service can promise absolute security, so users should protect their account credentials and avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information.

Zounge is designed for travellers and is not directed at children. A parent or lawful guardian should supervise any minor’s use and submissions.

7. YOUR CHOICES & REQUESTS

Access, correction, deletion and grievances.

Subject to applicable law and appropriate verification, you may ask for information about your personal data, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a grievance. Some information may need to be retained where legally permitted or necessary to protect the platform and its records.

Use our Contact page and clearly mark the message “Privacy request — Zounge”. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and locate the relevant record.

8. CHANGES

Updates to this notice.

We may revise this notice when Zounge’s features, data practices or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest published version. Material changes may also be highlighted through the platform where appropriate.
