1. ACCEPTANCE

Using the platform.

By accessing or using Zounge, you agree to these terms and any applicable Credofly terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or submit content. Zounge may evolve, and individual features may be added, changed, restricted or withdrawn.

2. THE SERVICE

Information and community context—not an access guarantee.

Zounge provides lounge and airport information, editorial summaries, possible credit-card or programme access routes, paid-access context, reviews, photos and traveller-submitted access reports. Listings are maintained by authorised administrators; users cannot directly create, edit or delete lounge records.

Lounge admission is decided by the lounge, airport, operator, card issuer, payment network or access programme at the time of entry. Eligibility, quotas, spend conditions, fees, guest rules, operating hours and capacity can change without notice. Always verify material details with the relevant provider before travelling or making a financial decision.

3. ACCOUNTS

Shared with Credofly.

Zounge may use your Credofly account and profile. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account. Notify Credofly promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. REVIEWS, PHOTOS & REPORTS

You remain responsible for what you submit.

You must submit content that is honest, relevant and based on a genuine experience or reliable evidence. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every photo, document and statement you provide.

By submitting content for publication, you grant Credofly and Zounge a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate, display and distribute that content for operating, promoting and improving the platform. You retain ownership of your original content. We may remove, reject, edit for clarity or de-identify submissions, but are not obliged to publish or retain them.

5. PROHIBITED USE

Keep contributions useful and safe.

• No false access reports, fabricated reviews, impersonation or manipulated evidence.
• No harassment, discriminatory content, threats, spam or undisclosed promotion.
• No payment-card credentials, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
• No infringement of copyright, privacy, trademark or other rights.
• No scraping, disruption, security testing or automated use that harms the service without permission.

6. THIRD PARTIES & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Independent providers and protected content.

Airport, lounge, bank, issuer, network and programme names may belong to their respective owners. References do not imply endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated. Links and third-party services are governed by their own terms.

Zounge’s original design, software, editorial text, databases, branding and compilations are protected by applicable rights. You may use the platform for personal, lawful travel research, but may not republish or commercially exploit substantial parts without permission.

7. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY

Use current information and independent judgement.

Zounge is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to improve accuracy but do not warrant that every listing, access rule, report, price, facility, image or operating hour is complete, current or error-free. Traveller submissions represent their contributors’ experiences and may not predict yours.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Credofly and Zounge are not liable for decisions by lounges or third parties, denied entry, travel disruption, loss arising from reliance on outdated information, or indirect and consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. ENFORCEMENT, CHANGES & LAW

Platform integrity.

We may moderate submissions, restrict features, suspend accounts or take other proportionate action where these terms are breached or the service is threatened. We may update these terms; continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and the jurisdiction of competent courts.
