By using the service.
By accessing or using Credofly, you agree to use the service in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.

Credofly provides information, not card issuance.
Credofly provides information, research, comparisons, tools and educational content relating to credit cards and associated products or benefits. Card issuance, underwriting, eligibility, approval, credit limits, pricing, account servicing and final product terms are controlled by the relevant issuer or provider.
03 — VERIFY IMPORTANT TERMS
Card information can change.
Banks, issuers and programme providers may change fees, reward structures, eligibility, benefits, exclusions, application availability and other terms. Before applying for or materially relying on a product, confirm important terms with the relevant issuer or official source.
04 — NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME
Decisions remain yours and the issuer’s.
Information on Credofly does not guarantee approval for a credit card, a particular credit limit or score outcome, receipt of a reward or benefit, continued availability of an offer, or a specific financial result.
05 — EXTERNAL LINKS
Third-party websites.
Credofly may link to banks, issuers, programme providers, merchants, affiliate partners or other third-party services. Those services are independently operated and may have their own terms, privacy practices and eligibility requirements.

Where Credofly allows reviews, ratings, comments, corrections, images or other submissions, you are responsible for the content you provide. You should not submit material that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, spam, knowingly false, or violates another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Unless otherwise indicated, Credofly’s original website design, branding, written material, graphics, structured editorial work and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, trademarks, card artwork and logos belong to their respective owners.

Credofly will evolve.
Credofly may add, remove, modify or discontinue pages, features or services. We may also temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical problems or other operational reasons.
